New Vibes Membership Policies

We are here to serve you and provide the best experience possible.

Cancellation Policies:

Any late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge for the full retail price of the appointment scheduled. 

You may cancel your membership at any time*. Please provide 5 days notice to cancel your membership by calling or emailing our clinic.

*There is a 3 month commitment for month-month memberships.   If members choose to end membership before the required 3 months, completed services will be billed at non-membership prices, and clients will be billed for full price of services used.   Non-member rates can be found at Rates

Annual memberships may be terminated early.  If annual membership payment has already been applied,  full retail rates will be assessed and prorated for the services already provided.   The remainder will be refunded via check.  Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.  

If your monthly service has already been provided prior to the monthly scheduled withdrawal, service payment will be processed at time of cancellation at non-discounted rates. 

Services are valid from the 1st of each month to 31st of each month, regardless of when your payment is processed.

Acupuncture treatment and add-on services can roll over to next month. – Treatment credits expire after 60 days.

Monthly treatments may be gifted to new patients or family members only ($140 value)

Add-on services are in addition to 1-hour acupuncture services, not as a stand alone appointment. 

Members can purchase a gift certificate at 25% off discounted rate.   Discount not valid with gift bag or other offers. 

Refunds for unused membership credit:  

Within 30 days – 100% refund.  After 30 days, no refunds available.

If payment is declined, a $25 fee may be assessed to the credit card or bank account on file.

A bank account or credit card on file with New Vibes is required for membership.  Payments do not need to be applied to the credit card, but a credit card will be kept on file for unpaid services.   

If payment is not rendered for service provided, and attempt for payment has not been resolved.  New Vibes reserves the rights to pursue legal action to recoup lost payment.
