About Heidi Dietz Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager
Heidi began her career in the health and wellness industry in 2015 when she started teaching kids yoga. She expanded her education to include Trauma Therapy yoga, working with teens and preteens.
During this time, she has been an integral part of New Vibes’ growth and patient management as the Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator.
She did however feel that there was a need for more knowledge about eating healthy, so she received a Nutrition Certification through T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies via Cornell University, focusing on the Whole Food Plant Based Diet. A Whole Food Plant Based Diet is key to healing for those who suffer from diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Heidi’s philosophy is that “fad dieting” is not sustainable, if you want to live a healthy life you need to make a lifestyle change and make healthy eating a priority. The first step to eating healthy is to learn how to prepare healthy food, Heidi teaches live online cooking classes every other week, check out the events page for time and details.

“I am a veteran with my first acupuncture experience here. It was phenomenal! I felt completely comfortable there, Heidi and Jordan are wonderful. I had no idea how effective this treatment works, it was the best I felt in a long time. From that point forward I started going every week to every other week, I couldn’t wait for my next appointment each time. It has helped me with my back pain (had a failed surgery), and also helps me mentally. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Wonderful place.”
“New Vibes Health & Acupuncture goes beyond their name and expectations.
Jordan and Heidi are so generous and caring. I’ve signed up to their program to receive Acupuncture twice a month and the benefits have surpassed all my goal for my health.
Even more, I’ve been neglecting my shoulder pretending that it would pass, one session brought full awareness that my shoulder needed attention, the second was healing and improvement with exercises to strengthen it.
I’m amazed, no drugs or pain killers, simply my body finding the road to health with its own healing powers stewarded by Jordan’s extraordinary wisdom and somatic knowledge.
On my second visit I also got Bodywork with Chris Elkins, in-house massage practitioner for New Vibes.
Chris was amazing, strong, caring and professional with his touch and ability to release the entire body and specifically supporting the healing journey of my shoulder.
I would highly recommend New Vibes to support all your health and wellness needs.
PS: Yes, I drive from Summit County to Denver just to see them, they’re that good. 🙏🌈💜💫💥🌷”

“I came out for a visit to see my new Granddaughter and my back ” went out” on me, severe pain and trouble walking. Luckily I found New Vibes Health and Acupuncture. Jordan and Heidi were both excellent, great people. After the first treatment spasms and pain were relieved. Second treatment, I was back to normal and enjoying my visit and my granddaughter. They also worked on my hips, which have been hurting even longer and now, along with some stretching, I am enjoying walking and getting back to physical activities.
Cannot Thank Them enough. If there was a 10-star option, I would have hit it twice.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.” ~ Dennis S.

“Simply the best. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual, courteous, attentive, and detailed. Heidi – insightful when it comes to nutrition and juicing. She is also quick to respond to inquiries. Jordan – fixed me up in 3 months – sleep pattern, balance, mood swings, digestion, acne, immunity, and more. Jordan is intuitive and makes suggestions as to what you, as a client, need to focus on each session. Just trust you are in good hands and follow their guidance. It’s that simple.” – Edija S.

“Jordan and Heidi are amazing. Their new space in Glendale is gorgeous. They have created such a sacred healing space there and you feel it the moment you walk through the door. As a massage therapist, I always appreciate the integrative work I receive from Jordan. I love how he combines aromatherapy, cupping, acupuncture and sound journeying into his sessions. I always leave feeling amazing. I highly recommend New Vibes Health and Acupuncture.” ~ Kelly P.
“Amazing experience all around- gorgeous office, helpful & compassionate staff. I was given a fresh-pressed juice on arrival (such a nice touch). Jordan took time to listen & ask questions. The treatment was amazing- such deep relaxation and I tried cupping for the first time, which I really loved. All details on point- essential oils and tuning forks. From check in to check out, it was awesome! I left feeling amazing and stress-free…still feeling great today! I went in w a swollen thumb I couldn’t bend, he put a needle in it and today I can bend it!” ~ Nina B.
